01 / Software presentation
The SerpTide website, interface text, layout, styles, scripts, and original static assets in this package are provided as a project deliverable for deployment on Cloudflare Pages. The package is not a license to copy the SerpTide brand or represent the site as an official third-party service without authorization.
02 / Plan licenses
Each subscription plan includes the license scope stated in its data record. Bay is Personal use, Inlet is Commercial use, Strait is Full commercial license, and Ocean is Enterprise license. Exact rights granted by a production agreement should be stated in the customer's order.
03 / Reports and exports
Customers may use reports and exports produced for their account for the purposes permitted by their subscription. Customer-provided content and customer-owned data remain subject to the customer's rights and obligations.
04 / Brand assets
SerpTide names, marks, and distinctive brand presentation remain protected by their respective owners. Nothing in this package transfers trademark ownership.
05 / Third-party components
The design references Google Fonts through the stylesheet import for Inter Tight and IBM Plex Mono. A production deployment should comply with the applicable licenses and service terms for those resources.
06 / No warranty
The static package is a front-end implementation. It does not itself provide live ranking collection, payment processing, account authentication, email delivery, or API infrastructure. Those functions require appropriate production services.
07 / No ranking promise
SerpTide tracks rankings. We do not and cannot guarantee search rankings. The software and reports are measurement tools, not promises of a search result.
08 / Changes
Production licensing terms may be expanded or narrowed by an executed customer agreement. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement controls to the extent permitted by law.
