01 / Agreement
These Terms of Service describe the use of SerpTide, its website, subscription descriptions, and related materials. By using the site or purchasing a subscription in a production implementation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
02 / Subscriptions and automatic renewal
SerpTide plans are monthly subscriptions. Your subscription renews automatically every month until cancelled. Cancel anytime in your account settings — no cancellation fee. Each plan displays its monthly price, and the subscription language explains that it is billed monthly and renews automatically until cancelled.
03 / Trial
The trial is free for 14 days. No credit card is required and nothing is charged during the trial. A production checkout should show the applicable conversion terms clearly before a trial begins.
04 / No ranking promise
SerpTide tracks rankings. We do not and cannot guarantee search rankings. No statement on this website is a guarantee of a particular position, traffic level, indexing result, first-page placement, or business outcome. Search results vary by query, location, device, time, personalization, competition, and other factors.
05 / Acceptable use
You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the plan license described at purchase. You may not abuse access, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or use the service to violate applicable law.
06 / Data and exports
Tracked data belongs to the customer subject to the rights needed to operate the service. Export functions support customer analysis and reporting. Customers are responsible for reviewing exports before distributing them.
07 / Refunds
Refunds are available within 30 days under the refund policy. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Customers should use the published support channel for refund requests.
08 / Changes and termination
A production service may change features or these terms with reasonable notice. A subscription may be cancelled through the account process. Provisions relating to charges already incurred, intellectual property, data, disclaimers, and limitations survive termination where applicable.
09 / Contact and governing terms
Company contact fields are intentionally blank in this static package until published. A production agreement should identify the legal entity, contact channel, governing law, and venue before customer acceptance.
